I do understand that emergencies happen so always contact me.

Please understand that I am relying on your appointment to make a living, so I have to protect my business earnings.

• 48 hours or more - no charge
• 24-48 hours - 50% of appointment price
• 24 hours or less (including no shows) - 100% of appointment 

• Treatments amended 48 hours before appointment - no charge
• Treatments amended 48 hours or less, including at appointment - 50% charge of said treatment 

For any issues in regard to any of the treatments I provide, please contact me as soon as possible, for me to rectify the issue. 

A minimum call out fee of £20 is needed for mobile appointments.

KBT is based in Burton Latimer in Northamptonshire, and covers the surrounding areas;

Burton Latimer, Barton Seagrave, Kettering, Isham, Finedon, Cranford, Pytchley, Harrowden, Orlingbury, Wellingborough, Irthlingborough, Hardwick, Broughton and Addington.

I cover a 5mile radius for mobile appointments, a travel fee is added for any appointments outside my catchment area. Please contact me for further information.
